Continue with Accutane , or stop all together?

I have been on Accutane ( Claravis) on 40 mg for a month, I was upped to 60 mg but just went back down do to side effects. My vision has gotten blurry in the distance and I recently visited my optometrist and told him this and that I was on the drug. He took a paper with all the visual side effects of Accutane and checked me for everything even threw in a glaucoma exam and tear producing test and said everything was normal. I had not one visual side effect of Accutane other than mild dryness in the eyes, I have no damaged cells in the cornea either (plus optic nerves are 100% fine as well and I am reading at the 20/20 line though blurry a bit) Should I continue or stop? My derm is not in favor of Accutane and has tried to get me off it a couple times and almost took me off it due to a question about headaches ( which turned out to be sinus and cleared up). Help is greatly appreciated
