Could I have given my baby oral herpes on her back?

I recently had mild breakout on my upper lip.  4 to 5 days after the break out had cleared I kissed my baby on her back.  An hour later I gave her bath and put her to bed.  About a week later she had a few spots on her back that looked like small pimples with redness around them.  Two days all but one of the pimples had cleared up.  They did not appear to cause my baby any discomfort.  Is it possible that this is oral herpes on her back?

Oral herpes does not appear so fast and in hours. It takes some days to appear. From the symptoms it looks like simple dermatitis. But look out for any blisters that scab over. Then herpes due to HSV 1 has to be ruled out. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
