Dr. Venna reddness on penis that wont go away..Help!

Would Dr. Veena please answer. I had Dr. Bumikan answer before but all he does is answer with form letters that he sends on each and every one of his answers.. no matter what the question..  Ok I have a reddness on my penis that just wont go away, it doesnt hurt or itch or burn. It does at times feel like thin skin little touchy. Most all the time it is normal in color only from manipulation when erect and like early in mornings its always erect and red. when the blood leaves the redness goes away. I have had prostritus and think maybe that was the problem not sure  i hate to go back to uroglist as they, or mine they just want to run ya in and out as fast as they can to get their money and dont give a **** about your concerns , i tell them i get red but when they look well it is not erect and so it is normal color. i have tried creams for over counter to clotriazole, triamcinolone. sounds goofy but they both have seemd to work  i guess the last time i used the triamcinolone it kinda burned a little when i applied it...i have had this awhile and want it to go away.. I am uncircumsied, but clean twice a day.. I do seem to have pretty thick sperm and not a lot of it, maybe that is connected not sure. i have had std test done before and negative,  please if you could help me  thank ya
