Hair Loss and Seborrheic Dermatitis

Hello,

For the last 4 months I've been suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis. I've been using Derma Smoothe FS and Stieprox in correlation with each in order to combat the problem for more than two months now. The itch is gone, but there is still thick patches of the fungus on the top sides and back of my which will not go away. I'm getting very irritated with this problem since it will not go away and just want something to make it disappear. any ideas? (Also I've tried coconut oil with little success)

Also on the centre top portion of my head, my hair has decreased significantly in number. I don't think it's male pattern baldness since I do not have a receding hairline and because i don't have any hair loss in the back of my head or on the sides on top of my head. it's just this one patch right on top of my head that has a low hair count. Also, when I shampoo my hair viguorosly (as you have to do with the Stieprox) I have almost 100 hairs come out into my hand. And even more come out when I towel dry. I am getting really tired and frustrated by having to look at this everyday and just want it to end somehow. Please Help!!

P.S. I'm thinking about taking Accutane in order to help my Seborrheic Dermatitis, would you recommend this. My doctor said it would work but should be a last resort.

Thanks,
Ansar
