Rash from belly button to penis

This morning I noticed I had some red tenderness at the base of my penis. I trimmed my pubic hair, so I just assumed it was irritation from that. I took a shower, and when I got out, I saw that the redness had spread. I now have about 100 tiny (1 mm) red/pink bumps from my belly button to my penis (with 1-2 of the bumps on my penis shaft, and the rest in my pubic region or lower abdomen.

I have no itching, burning urination or any other symptoms whatsoever. The bumps aren't on hair follicles. I didn't put anything on my skin to cause a reaction or eat anything new.

It's been 12 hours now. I have no idea what it is and I'm a little worried.

Please advise.

but its not decreasing
