Red Flat Skin Rash

Wondered if anyone had any advice or suggestion for me. This Friday I had a cold and wasn't feeling very well so I took some CVS (generic tylenol) Nighttime Cold Medicine, about 30 mins after I took it when I was in the shower I noticed I had a red rash on my upper chest and also on my back, since then it has spread to my legs and face. It is a small pinkish reddish flat rash that doesn't really itch to much, except in the past few hours the rash on my chest has begun to itch. I'm assuming this is an allergic reaction to something, is there anything I can do to make it go away or do I just have to wait it out?
