Sunscreen for Child

My four year old has sensitive skin and a little bit of eczema.  I have tried the Blue Lizard Sensitive Sunscreen, as well as the Aveeno Baby Sunblock. Both of these have caused a rash.  Last summer we used the Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard + SPF 30 and he did not break out.  My hesitation to use it again comes from the information I read on cosmeticdatabase.com about the ingredients, as well as the fact that I don't want to reapply the insect repellant as often as I have to apply the sunscreen.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what sunscreen to try next?

Best to appy physical sunblock like microfined zinc oxide.ZnO is approved as a category I protectant by the US-FDA. Mitchnick MA, Fairhurst D, Pinnell SR.
