White bumps in mouth and a few on outer part of lip

On the inside of my mouth I have white bumps that sting and are painful.  When I eat Spagetti or Acidic things my mouth gets swollen but it stays swollen and stingy all the time.  Ive had this for about 2-3 months but it got worse over the last week.  You can see a few of the bumps on my upper lip torwards  the side that are visible.. Can someone please tell me what this is and what I can use to get rid of this?

So what was the out come seeing I have the same problems? And have no insurance to see a doc only can go to emergency. Tiny White bumps on inner lips left and right sides don't hurt, always tired,urinate with excessive bubbles.tested for stds all clear but Pos- for NGU treated with Zithromax . bumps came next day after giving oral to woman.
