Worried

Worried

My husband has developed these brown bumps on the shaft of his penis. They have started appearing shortly after we were married. At first I didn't think much of them and then they just never went away. There are approx. 8 of them all the same shape a perfect circle and vary in size. He was never sexually active with anyone but me but I was before we were married. I am worried they might be genital warts but this confuses me due to before we were married and after I was completly done having sex with other men I was tested for all stds they all came back negative. I also recently had a baby and was tested for stds which I'm not sure what kinds and they were negative. I also have never noticed any sort of wart on me ever! I also must mention the bumps have not increased in size or number in 3 years. Could this be genital warts or could it simply be something else. We need answers this is just devestating to me and its all I can think about. My husband is not as concerned but its eating me alive.

I should also add that my husband is diabetic I don't know if that has a role or not. Also I have been reading alot about HPV and they mentioned that you can get regular warts on your hands also he also has warts on his hands, feet and underneath his fingernails. Those warts came just last year over two years after the bumps on his penis.
