about pimples

hey, im new here, i have a question, how do i cure my pimples? i have lots of them and they are small,,, its like an allergy , and also i have this red spots all over my cheeks that wont go away.

Acne is due to an overactivity and plugging of the oil glands. Treatmnet options include topical and oral antibiotics, topical retinoids, hormonal therapy, dermabrasion , phototherapy and laser resurfacing. Normally a combination of treatments is followed and if nothing proves effective then dermabrasion and laser therapy are useful. You can discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.
