aging skin

by Judy201, Sep 16, 2008 08:49AM
I am 66yrs. old and the skin on my hands is thinning significantly. The wrist on my right hand ( I am right handed)   gets bumped as I go about my daily routine. The result is that it breaks the skin and bleeds. Right now I have a patch about the size of a nickel that continually bleeds. I've used NewSkin on it, but the problem continues. Is there a cream that I can apply that will thicken my skin so that it doesn't break and expose the underlayer? I realize that a bruise type spot is normal, but this one actually breaks the skin causing it to be painful as well as awful looking.
Thank you
