bug bite infection?

About a week ago, I had 4 bug bites of my left thigh and 1 bug bite on my right thigh.
All the ones on my Left thigh are healing and pretty much gone. They don't itch anymore.
However, the right one, seemed to be healing and then one day it looked like a pimple (with a white tip).
Now the white tip is gone and it might be healing, but it slightly itches.
Is this a sign of infection? Also, if it is infected, will my body fight it back naturally?
Please help! Thank You!!
