itchy breast and pimples on areola

I'm a 26yr old female. I have been experiencing itchy breast. I've had hives before but never on my breasts. I read on hives before but never on my breasts. I read on a few sites that hives on the breast might be a symptom of inflammatory breast cancer. Which symptom of inflammatory breast cancer. Which is very scary. I went to my doctor and told him I had a rash on my breast. He laughed and said he'd never heard of such thing, and told me he doesn't see anything on my breast. I can see it and feel it and my breast are itchy. So I'm looking for a second opinion. I'm waiting on a referral to see a dermatologist. The rash has gone done, but my breast are still itchy. And I now have noticed "pimples" on my areola. I'm very scared and would like some insight as to what this might be so I can know what to expect now have noticed "pimples" on my areola. From the symptoms it can be contact dermatitis, hives, sweat dermatitis or heat rash. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
