scalp problem

been struggling with and itchy red scalp and have the sensation of somethings crawling on occassions with pimples in the scalp and hairline

These symptoms can be due to head lice, folliculitis scalp or fungal infection of the scalp( less likely). Wash the Clothing, bedding, and towels in hot water and dry them in sun after machine drying them. Topical permethrin or Lindane cream may be needed which are available by prescription only if it is found to be head lice.

My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get these three conditions evaluated. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
