scalp tenderness

Hello, since 1 year I am suffering from scalp pain and tenderness near the hairline region and temple area. I am already diagonised with AGA. There is severe tightness which i experience around my head and scalp everytime exept after sleep. I also have severe burning sensation on my scalp almost everyday. This scalp pain and numbness is extremly annoying and irritating. I have already used steroid lotions, vitamin supplement s, etc but none help !. I was once diagonised with seborrheic dermatitis 2 years ago and OCD 5 years aago both sucessfully treated. please help!!!
