testicals

I have noticed first off a possible std witch has been unwanted confirmed by a x girlfriend after her latest check up HPV . well anyways at the bottom of penis shaft is a patch of slightly raised skin smooth n shiny it is part where penis meets testicals . and also i have this dark brownish line up bottom of balls and penis blends in with skin not raised do not know how long has been there its bout half inch wide ... sorry if making no sense?

From your post it looks like you have a patch of skin which is smooth and shiny. For such symptoms possibilities of eczema, psoriasis and wart ( flat wart) needs to be ruled out.

I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
