Hi,
Traction alopecia should be diagnosed early to avoid the risk of irreversible alopecia. In your case, medical therapy has no use with late-stage traction alopecia. Surgical hair transplantation procedures such as punch grafting or flap rotation may provide cosmetically acceptable solution. Sufficient levels of iron and protein in the diet may also help promote normalNormal saline flush hair growth. Take care and best regards.
