Over the counter antinflammatory medications for dogs

I have a Lab, Rocky, about 10 yrs old. Last night he got loose and wound up in a fight with our 2 yr old dog. After checking Rocky over, the only injury seems to be an inch and a half scrape on his left front leg. Today, other than being exhausted from the fight, he has a knot on his leg no doubt from where my other dog clamped down onto his leg.
I was wondering if there are any over the counter medications one can give to dogs for infammation. Also wondering if there is anything over the counter one can give dogs who tend to be a bit arthritic as both Rocky and another dog I have (15 yrs old) seem to be bothered in winter time so I would like to help ease any aches and pains if possible.

I cant help you with the over the counter medication , this is risky and you should really see a vet. In regard to the scrape keep an eye on it maybe try putting bedadine(anteseptic) on it to make sure it doesnt get infected.
With the arthritis question I use cosequin which is a mixture of glusomine,chondroiton etc. this is a natural product and a alternative  long term treatment of at least 5mths is required. I also add salmon oil to there food on a daily basis this also acts as anti inflammatory.
any other medication needs to prescribed by your vet , do not give human medications as this can be lethal to your dog!
