our dog is a mix breed and is 16 years old. due to the fact that he has doggie alzheimer we watch him close. but now we and the vet are almost sure he has cushing disease monday he will get another test we know there are meds but most we go on ? because of his alzheimer he is allready restless or as we say >...in his own world ...
we don't know what to do...have anyone experience ?
Our dog had Cushings, but not alzheimers, so I can't give you any help on that, but with the Cushings its hard to control it in the beginning. I definately would try the medications, at least you'll know you gave it your best shot.
