blister

my dog is a lab mix with golden retriever. she has a blister in her behind and sometimes it bleeds ,I would like to know what can be done.   I would like to take her to the vet ,due to no money to afford a vet visit ,I could only buy neosporin ,but it don't work.

Well, you're going to have to find a way to get your dog looked at by a vet.  It sounds like she has an anal sac abscess, and no doubt the poor dog is absolutely miserable.  She'll need antiobiotics, and perhaps even a surgical lancing of the abscess.  If you don't have a credit card, start calling around to see if you can set up a payment plan with a vet clinic.  Call your local SPCA or other local animal shelter to see if they can help or at least direct you to a lower cost clinic.  The one thing you can't do is let this go untreated.
