bubble eye

my 3 month old maltese has a pink bubble coming out from the bottom of his eye and now it is both eyes i don't have the financial stability to take him to the vet right now but is there something i can buy from over the counter at a pet store to help him??????

Welcome to the forum....NO, there is nothing OTC that you can treat this with......These are called "Cherry Eye" & MUST be surgically repaired.....Here is a link to explain it:
