trying to think

how can i get my 1 year old puppy to quit chewing everthing in the house even my under cholts, she been like this since the day me and my husbend save him from a house fire and over run my other dogs, is this something i can fix or need help on

OK, this isn't funny and I'm sure you are at you wits end but I'm chuckling a little as this puppy is training you well.  :-)
Yes, there are a number of things you can do. First off, do you/or have you had children?  Look at this puppy as a 2 or 3 year old child.  You need to child proof your home. Get down on his level and take a look at what he can and is likely to get into (your laundry, cords, cabinets, trash, books, papers, plants, etc).  Just like a baby, he is exploring his world and, just like a small child, he has to learn his limitations.  Get him some of his own toys.  Try getting a Kong that you can stuff with treats or peanut butter to keep him occupied.  If/when you catch him into something that he should not be into, give him a firm verbal correction (do not hit him or swat with a paper, etc). Divert his attention by giving him something he can have to play with or chew on.  During these training periods, try limiting the areas he can explore.  Perhaps closing bedroom doors.  Try to make sure he gets enough exercise at least twice a day.  Either good play periods outside or a couple of good walks.  
When he does something right, praise him!!!!
