I have endometriosis and getting period every other week

Hello,
I am a 20 yr old women, I was diagnoised with endometriosis 4 years ago when I was 16, I had the laparoscopy surgery and found out I had stage I, and with birth control I was able to stop my periods all together with no problems. In 2010 I broke my knee and had to have it surgerically repaired, I wasn't told I couldn't travel so I did and I ended up getting a blood clot in my leg which than broke off and went into my lungs causing me to have multiple Pulmoney Embolisms, I was than told that I cannot ever take anything with hormones because it would cause my blood clots to come back, so there goes my birth control out the window and all the other hormonal therapy avaliable. Since than ive kind of just given up on going back to my GP/Gyno because there was nothing they could do other than constant surgery. Now I am having an issue with getting my period every other week lasting for the whole week very heavy i have clots of blood coming out, I am also having rectal bleeding, I am constantly tired, headaches, cramps all the time even when im not on my period, back pain, also feel bloated, and nauseous no matter what i eat no matter how little or alot I eat i feel like I wanna hurl just a few bites in, I work for time and this is now starting to affect my working situtation because i am tired and cant consentrate and in pain majority of the time, I don't want to have to live my life on the operating table, and i can't take hormones of any kind at any time, I know this is doubtful but has anyone ever experienced this that could give me some insite? Is surgery really my only option? Plz help!
