Please help, need some info

Hello ladies,
Ok,here's the story...I am 26 yrs. old, and Ihave been having problems with ovarian cysts for 6 yrs., my old OBGYN never put me on birth control b/c i smoked and he never treated them just played the waiting game, well, about 6 months ago I was rushed to the hospital with severe pain in my abdomen and they found 2 large hemoraghic cysts on each one of my ovaries, they gave me a antibiotic and sent me home, had no more pain for a few more months and in that time I switched obgyn's. Then a few months later I was back in the emergancy room with pain and found 2 more (or the same ones??) cysts, was sent home, went to my new obgyn and she scheduled me for a laproscopy. Had that in the end of June... they draine the 2 cysts and also found endo (which she was surprised b/c I had not one symptom of it). they removed endo and that was that. I got married 3 weeks later and me and my husband started trying. She said it might be difficult on my own due to the endo, but to try it anyway for awhile. I have not recieved a positive result on the ovulation predictor kits so I went back to her, she tested my progesterone and it came back normal butshe said she will put me on clomid anyway... well |I was supposed to start that this past Sat. however on Fri. i was back in her office with bad abdomen and back pain (meanwhile also have my period). |Turns out I have another cyst on my left ovary that 3cm, and when she sent my for thesonogram w/ doppler they found I have a 5cm. hemoraghic cyst behind my uterus. She told me  that I a getting the cysts due to the endo, and not to take the clomid and she is putting me on birth control for 2 months to try to shrink them, then possibley Lupron to "quiet" the endo before I can start "trying" again. My question is  why did I get the cysts or the endo show up again so fast after the laproscopy??? It was only 2 1/2 months ago.... and does anyone know a good way to deal with this other than shutting down my hormones b/c I'm really anxious to have a baby and waiting on birth control and Lupron was not something I wanted to hear. If there is any other suggestions, please help.

P.S. I dont know if this is relevant but I have an extremely REGULAR cycle... 28 days down to the day (almost the same time of day as well)

I would suggest not taking the lupron to start with and start with taking the birth control continuiously.  Did she say where the endo was when she found it? Was it just on the ovary?  The reason that they are growing is because you are ovulating, ovulation creates estrogen, and estrogen is what feeds the endo.  Everybody's body is different. The BCP shrunk my cysts but not all the way, right after your surgery you should have been put on something.  Regular OBGYN;s dont have that much experience with endo. What i would suggest again is to find an endo specialist in your area because they deal with fertilty and would have more experience in this field.  Where do you live?

I had stage IV endo and i was covered all over from the bottom to the top everything wrapped around each other, ovaries behind the uterus etc.. i had a child.  Some people may have less and not be able to concieve (conceive) and some could have more and not be able to as well.. Everyone is different.
