adenomyosis and natural progesterone

Are any docs out there that know enough about adenomyosis to give me a true opinion on the use of natural progesterone cream to treat adenomyosis instead of opting for the hysterectomy?

Your gyno will be knowledgeable about adenomyosis. They will give you more options than a hysterectomy, as it's always a last resort.
