I am 52 years old.I take sometime Sildenafil (Indian brand "Penegra exp".25mg)mostly every saturday night.I have no any problem after it,but now then I don't taken it,I can't reached proper erection.why this becomes.is this tabs work also in premature egeculation?

I can't really answer your question because it's very general. I CAN tell you that Sildenafil (Viagra) opens the capillaries in your crotch area, thereby facilitating erection. If you have a physiological condition which affects your blood pressure or blood flow, Viagra can, indeed, help you with erections. It does not help you to last longer, and neither does it help with any emotional or psychological issues which may affect erection.

Generally speaking, men who experience very rapid ejaculations do so because of some discomfort surrounding the idea of sex. You might want to examine your sexual attitudes as well as your attitudes about your partner or partners. Another possible contributing factor is a history of learning to self-pleasure very rapidly in order to avoid detection. If you learned to have quick orgasms at a very early age, your body may be used to this pattern.
