New Here....Need Advise!

Not sure if I have Fibro but I was told I do have symptoms. I recently had 2 spine surgeries (December and then corrective spine surgery in April) I had a 2 level fusion with lots of hardware and a cage. The reason I bring this up is because I just recently weaned off oxycodone without a problem, due to tapering off them very slowly and being on a low dose also helped. Since back in May I've been experiencing restless legs, feeling like my body has the flu, hands hurt, arms hurt and most all of my joints as well. I was thinking that maybe it was because I was taking pain killers and my body was becoming addicted to them. I am now off them 8 days and really had not much of an issue getting off them and I am still having this pain all over my body. It's really bad when the weather is rainy and kind of chilly. On nice days it's not too bad but mostly at night when i try to rest, my hands, arms and legs really hurt. I was told by a nurse friend that I should se a specialist for it could be fibromyalgia. In my opinion, I think the painkillers were helping whatever this is that my body is going through. Now that I am taking nothing for pain (still stiffness in my back from surgery) I think there is more of an issue with my joints as they are painful. Are these possible symptoms?

I was diagnosed with FMS in 2000 and it took a lot of Doctors before I was diagnosed.

Have you read up on FMS? There are trigger points that if touched are very painful. FMS is not supposed to be "joint" problem but more of a muscular/tissue issue. In saying this I am having horrible problems with my joints at this time and especially when the weather is bad. I'm actually starting to believe that FMS has no limits on what it affects.
