Is this GERD

Since the middle of January I've been having these symptoms. Shortness of breath(Feeling like I cant breathe) and constant burping. Mostly at night. Ive been told its from acid reflux but Im not sure. Ive had chest pains,so I had a stress test done,an EKG and a sonogram of my heart. Thank God my heart is totally normal. Ive never had relux before and Ive taken just about everything for it. Prilosec,Famotidine,Prevacid,Zantac,Zegracid and none of it has worked. My question is are these symptoms reflux or can it be something different?  And can the acid come up all the way into your throat and make it feel like its in your jaw?
