Milk Allegry and Acid Reflux

My baby has been diagnosed with GERD and Cow milk allergy when she was 2 wks old. Now she is 6 wks old with a lot of spiting up and crying and has been having blood in her stool for 4 wks we tried Infamil AR, Gentlease, Nutramigen and now she is on Similac isomil advance Soy formula since yesterday. All she does is cry spit up, always hungry and opening her mouth a lot and looks like she is chewing on a lot but nothing in her mouth. Nutramigen helped with her stool but acid reflux got worse. Took her to specialist everybody says different thing. Now i am trying Similac on my own did let dr. know he said its up to me to try it. She is eating it but always cries. Don't know what to do. She is taking Lansoprazole 3mg for acid reflux. I am not sure what else to do, cause nothing is working anymore. I am tired of taking her to drs and specialist all of them say different. PLEASE ADVISE
