pain in stomach

I have had stomach pain for a year. Been checked and found polari & treated. Had leasions & treated. Had stomach checked & all clear. But still have stomach pain. been diagnosed with GERT but had not had any problems with it that I knew of before the diagnosis.
Doctor said I had a spincter that does not close. Would that cause stomach pain. I take medication for GERT but i suspect the med. may be the cause of my pain. Can you help me? The doctors can't.

GERD usually causes heartburn. The symptoms may sometimes start from the upper abdomen.
