sever back pain & remedy

My mother is 55 yr old and she is suffering from sever back pain,most of the time it occur in night.
She is diabetic and aurthrities patient.
She is also suffering from gastric trouble most of the time.
What are the reason of pain?
What is the remedy?

Hi,
The gastric trouble could be due to diabetic gastroparesis. Diabetic control along with prokinetics may be helpful.
