Uneasy Stomach

I had my gallbladder removed a year and a half ago and I now randomly get attacks after I eat that consist of extreme belching and nausea.  My stomach will become bloated as well and I even have extreme pain in my neck upper back. Im only 30 and I feel like im 80. Any idess if this is related to removing my gallbladder?

Hard to say. Your symptoms sound like reflux with esophageal spasm. Acid suppression and a GI evaluation would be in order initially.
