morning sickness when not pregnant

I am a 49 year old femal with three teenage kids. I have always been healthy and do not remember having seen a doctor after my 12 yr old was born.
But for the past year or so I have been feeling something like morning sickness whenever I brush my teeth or even when I am not brushing my teeth. It seems to have got more and It happens almost daily now. I know I am not pregnant since I still have normal period.
I would feel like throwing up but most of the time did not really have anything really come out since it usually happen before I eat. It would last about less than an hour and it would most likely be gone for the day until I brush my teeth at before bed at night..
I recently noticed that the same feeling occur when I have a full blader or before I need to go poo, I would have the feeling of throwing up/ vomit when I have a full blader and seems to have some relief after I went pee or poo.
I feel heathy other than this, I did not have any pain anywhere other than some join pain on my thumb. I did not have any morning sickness when I was pregnant with any of my three kids.
I did not have medical coverage for a long time and has been fearful that there could be something major wrong in me.
I recently had got a PPO plan but I have to pay for the first 2500 before the insurance will pay anything. I wonder if someone could give me some advise as to what could be wrong with me and what I should do? Where should I get started?
I would be very appreciated for any advise and help.
Thank you.
Susie

While you're trying to figure this out, and you do need to see your doctor for this, if you aren't sensitive to ginger, try making some ginger root tea.  It's inexpensive and it's easy to do:

In a small saucepan (about 1 qt) fill with water and bring to a boil.  Meanwhile, peel and slice a one to two inch piece of ginger root.  Add to water.  When water comes to a rolling boil, turn the heat down to a medium high heat and cook 'til half of the water has evaporated.  It really doesn't take as long as it sounds like it would.

I agree that many things can cause such nausea.  I have problems with nausea.  I'm still waiting for some test results myself.  But, I already had some diagnosed problems that will cause nausea, such as IBS and GERD.

Hi nausea is such a vague symptom so it could be hudreds of things.  I would suggest a visit to the dr to get things checked.  He would probaly start with simple blood tests and   if needed refer you to a gastro doctor who could do more tests to find the cause.
