Thank you ladies for responding. I get the heavy arms feeling as well as the feeling like dracula drained me of energy. lol. It is not a very good feeling. It certainly raises alarm but then it disappears once my period is over. That is the time when I notice that feeling more than usual. Unless, when I am sick with a cold---I do notice that sinus issues adds to the fatigue. Not sure if that is normal with sinusitis. But it makes me wanna stay in bed all day. And if I turn around too quickly or get up too fast that fainting feeling is there. =(
I experience fatigue due to the anemia. It's hard to go up the stairs without heart pounding like crazy and the feeling as if I just ran a marathon. It's when you get tired really easily when you're doing physical tasks. Sometimes I have to take a break when brushing my hair in the morning because my hands get sooo heavy and I need to rest for a minute. Often I get the feeling of fainting but not actually faint. I just have to sit down and rest. I hope this helps :-D
LOL! when i experience fatigue it feels like i had dinner with dracula and i was his main course. I feel like all the blood has been drained from my body and feel like i am dragging a$$. That is my definition of fatigue. Usually when i don't get that much sleep i pay for it the next day.
