Girlfriend in pain!

My gf of 21 yo has had a fever since yesterday and started feeling a chest pain.
Symptoms:
- Fever since yesterday [chills and feels hot, vomit]
- Cough with some mucus that is hard to cough out
- Lower back pain for almost a month now. To the point that she has a hard time standing after 30 minutes.
- Today sharp chest pain in left chest. Pain peaks as breathing peaks during exhale and inhale.

Medication
- birth control
- hydrocodone for the back pain [half a capsule before fever]
- Advil

Thanks for your help!

Please take her to the ER as soon as possible. It could be the start of pneumonia or some other chest disease and you do not want it to go on any longer than need be.
