Get checked for a couple vein compression syndromes that will absolutely cause these problems especially leg heaviness and pain. The most likely one is one that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. It's a compression of the left iliac vein that causes blood to flow back down into the legs and pelvic and causes pelvic congestion as well as vericose veins. Another one is Nutcracker Syndrome. Between the 2 of these conditions you should be able to determine where the problems are coming from. Unfortunetely doctors don't know very much about these syndromes and the problems they cause the entire body due to collateral veins trying to get blood back to the heart. A good doctor to see would be an Interventional Radiologist as they most often see and treat these fairly common but often undiagnosed conditions. Private message me if you want more info.
Sassy, should I start taking home remedies or herbal things in order to boost up my metabolism. I have seen some remedies on http://mynahcare.com/ .. would you please suggest me on this?
Thanks SassyLassie,
But, it's been 4 months to my marriage and I am still not fine. I feel constant pain in my legs and feet. Sometimes, I do not even able to stand on my feet, that much pain I feel.. My friend suggested me for blood test.. I have taken the appointment for next week from the doctor.. I really hope everything is fine with me..
Hello~
I am sorry you are going through all this, and being a newly wed makes it even more worse.
This could all be due to stress, you probably spent a lot of time preparing for your wedding and reception, that in itself is stress, then, even though it is good stress, the marriage and honey moon, now, you are settling into married life. This is all stress, even though it is good. Give yourself time to get acclimated to your new life, these issues should pass when things calm down to "normal"
As to meals, eat well, balanced ones, focus on protein and veggies, stay away from the sugars, drink plenty of water as well.
Hope you get better soon, and, congratulations on your marriage.
God bless you.
Have you ever gotten blood work to check Vitamin D?
