Tingling & burning in back of head?

For about a week, my sleeping pattern has been off, so much so that last night, I didn't get to sleep until five in the morning. About an hour before falling asleep, I began getting an odd pulling sensation in the back of my head, towards the top left side that would frequently but only last a few seconds. I finally feel asleep and woke up at about ten this morning and within an hour or so, I began having the pulling sensation, almost like a muscle spasm. Same as the night before, frequent but lasting only a few seconds. It later started tingling, as if a bug was crawling around my scalp or when your hand or foot falls asleep. I took an Advil, and about an hour nap and everything was seemingly fine for another hour until it started again. This time a mix of a tingling and burning like sensation. It's not painfully at all, just an annoyance. Also felt a little nauseous here and there. Any ideas?

Other information that may or may not be useful: 18. Slightly overweight. I take allergy medicine whenever needed prescribed by the doctor, who also wants me to begin a workout/healthy eating/etc regimen because of my being on the verge of high blood pressure, which, ironically enough, I was going to begin today until this hit me.

Just wanted to add that today, no tingling or burning. Also, after posting this last night, I think I discovered it's coming from my scalp because once I rubbed the area, the sensations stopped.

It's the weekend, but I'm definitely making a doctor appointment Monday morning.
