Tingling in feet can be neuropathic either from diabetes or some other sort of nerve disorder.  I experience this due to a neuro-muscular disorder.  My neurologist prescribed Cymbalta.  It helps tremendously. I also tried neurontin but it wasnt for me.  The tingling and buzzing sensation used to drive me crazy especially when trying to fall asleep.  Good luck

Sounds like some neuropathy.  Do you have diabetes?  The treatment of neuropathy is medication one of which is neurontin.  See your PCP if problem persist.

did it fall asleep maybe?  are your shoes tight/  are u always sitting and not exercising?  sounds like poor circulation. the feet and fingers are the only organs farthest away from the heart, so that means circulation reaches those areas last. which explains why when we're cold, those areas are generally what we feel as the coldest.
