The maximum daily dosage of Ibuprofen is 2400 mg, so YES you are exceeding the MDD and sweating IS a side effect of taking that particular medication. You are most likely suffering effects from that, but it never hurts to have a visit to your primary care physician and you should definitely do that. He can order labs on you to determine your kidney function. You don't mention any urination pain, or urinary frequency, so it's not likely a urinary tract infection (unless you have those symptoms as well), but instead may be entirely related to your overdosing on Ibuprofen! PLEASE go to your ER if you can't get in to see your PCP tomorrow. In the interim, please increase your fluid intake, drink cranberry juice to help flush the kidneys and STOP taking the Ibuprofen until you receive an order from your physician to restart it.
With the kidney pain and excessive sweating, it is highly likely that you have a kidney/urinary tract infection.
Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor and take a morning mid stream urine sample so that the doctor can check this for any infections.
Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids and especially water. 2 litres a day is usually recommended, but as you are sweating a lot, I suggest you drink a bit more than that even as much as 3 litres. Your doctor may give you advice with regard to the amount you should drink, so follow his advice. This will help to flush out any toxins.
Observe your urine by urinating into a clear glass jar. A foul smelling, very dark and/or cloudy urine can indicate that you have an infection. A dark coloured urine could also mean that you are dehydrated.
I would not recommend taking all those medications, unless prescribed to you by your doctor. As well as possibly getting kidney and liver problems from too much medications, Ibuprofen can also cause internal bleeding and should be taken with or after food.
Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor.
I'm not a nurse, but I wouldn't recommend nsaids, or at least not that high of amounts. I have chronic back pain, but years ago had to stop any nsaids as they were causing stomach ulcers and reflux. That much nsaids can really damage a person's system. I don't personally recommend aleve or advil for these reasons. If you can, I would recommend seeing your doctor and having lab tests done, a simple blood test can test your kidney, liver function. I would also recommend maybe drinking more water if you don't already to cleanse your system. Good luck!
