Give tips to maintain good immune system...
The famous writer Thomas Wolfe died at age 37 of tuberculosis of the brain. TB is commonly thought of as a "lung disease", but this is not necessarily so. The bacteria can spread anywhere in the body. There are over 16,000 varieties.
So, if the encapsulation breaks down, which can happen at any time the immune system goes down, the infection may spread.
During the 1920's virtually 100 perdent of health care personnel tested positive for tb, and most lived useful normal lives.
Sunshine, excercise, and good nutrition are essential.

That was 1,000 mg vitamin C. Some physicians recommend much more.
thanks for that help...

I am already having bananas, apples, eggs and chicken etc...,
Take the supplements. They are inexpensive. You manufacture D3 primarily through exposure to sunlight on the skin, not through foods. That's why early tb protocols during the 1930's recommended "lots of sunlight".
