Where to go? Quick questions!

Hi, guys! I don't know where else to go for this, maybe you can give me some pointers to other forums?

I'm on GI and neuro already here, just so you know. I have problems with my liver and there is a history of magnesium problems in my family. I am going in for blood work for magnesium and thyroid problems. I know the magnesium can affect the liver and the kidneys.

I want to know if anyone has any other information on magnesium problems and thyroid/pituitary gland problems? Any information will do, and it doesn't have to be about connections between the two, I'll take any information I can get.

Also, if you could recommend some good boards to talk to on here, I would really appriciate it!

Thanks!

~ Em

I have a great sympathy for this condition, as I'm not a doctor, I'll not comment of any medicines, but, what I feel that if you can have some regular morning walks in green grass lawns and meditations in fresh air, take deep deep breaths, and drink lot of water in the morning and after 1 hr have your normal breakfast, this will help in the removing the salts deposits from the liver and kidney. It will be painstaking but keep it regular.
