Why I feel so much pain in my neck during work hours?

During work hours, my pain is so high that I just cant even move properly.

You may benefit from massage, acupuncture, chiropractic visits.

Also get enough magnesium in diet and /supplements.

Chances are you are tensing your shoulders up toward your ears without realizing it. Or clenching your jaw. Stress causes your body to tighten....I am aware that I do it but I still do involuntary, your body finds its own coping methods. One last tip....it sounds stupid but remember to breathe. And when you feel the pain building, step away for a moment and take 5 deep breaths. It sounds simple but when we're tense and stressed many of us hold our breath without realizing it. I hated when people told me to breathe....lol thinking that isn't gonna help.....I'm still amazed that it really makes a difference. Hope that helps. And if all else fails.....get a new job, sounds like that may be a good thing for you ❤️
