Someone help please

So last Wednesday I started getting sick. I felt that I had a fever and my body was aching me. A couple days passed with those two being the only issues besides a headache accompanying them later on. Then on Last Friday I believe I started getting a cough with the fever, headache, and body aches. I woke up this morning and I had observed that I had a weird rash on my stomach and on my back that I wouldn't exactly say itches but it gives me like a weird feeling. My fever is still here but I don't really have a headache or aching anymore. Just s fever and this weird rash to go along with it. And this rash has all red dots but they're flat and you can't feel them. Please help as I'm so confused

Hi, I hope you are doing well by now, if not, then I strongly suggest you see your doctor to get this straightened out.
