tingling arms

I have been experiencing tingling sensations in both arms the past few days.  It some times seems my legs also are becoming tingly every once in a while.  I seems to be the worst at night, and better when I wake. I also do not sleep well at night, I have a hard tiem falling asleep.   I am getting concerned.  Should I go in to the emergency room to get checked?

I would see a chiropractor, you very well could have some pinched nerves in your back and neck, and if so, this will definitely cause the symptoms you mentioned.

Do you feel the need to shake them? Like shaking them calms the sensation? Or is it more like numbness? If it is numbness, it could be a back problem, If it is more the tingly, nervous, sensation, then not eating after 6 pm or avoiding foods high in sugar could actually help. Keep us posted!

that sounds like a nerve problem. which could be linked to something neurological or just a matter of a pinch somewhere. there's a wide array of things that could be causing your discomfort.
