Were your friends likely to have put something in your drink? Or are you very sensitive to alcohol. When I was about 20 I had three very small of something (which I found later was brandy) and I passed out cold. It made me wary of alcohol for years. I later found I had an allergy to it.

Sounds like it was spiked with something. The best thing you can do is the night it happened is go to the ER and get tested for it, if it's been a few days it's unlikely to be detected in your body. Be more careful with your drinks and never leave them alone with anyone. You can only count on your self to keep yourself safe. Be safe and good luck to you! Sincerely, elizabeth

Going to the doctor would have been the first thing to do. So that you could totally checked out for any other medical conditions you might have that might could have cause you to pass out. May be what you were drinking or may be you ate something or maybe took something before going out could be a possibility. Or maybe it could heritage from inside the family on either side, some back ground could help out also. Are you a normally healthy young lady? Do you take any medications currently? It might just be alergic reaction your body took........And in some cases the drink could have been spiked, you just have to more careful about your surrounding, people you hang out with, and and where you go and what you put in your mouth...Take care and get it tooken care of, most of all Be Carefull. Stay Blessed!

Didn't you seek medical attention at all?  If it was and it has been days since the incident, no one will ever know.

Secondly, it could have been some kind of adverse effect from the type of alcohol you were drinking.
