what is wrong with me

Hi, i have a 10 month old baby girl who was 4.8 kg born, after pushing for 2 and a half hours i was stitched up for a second degree tear, i was having a lot of blood and problems going to the toilet for the next 7 months and could not find a good doctor at all. it was very painful, it turned out i had a fissure hook and it looked like i really had a third degree tear.

i feel sick constantly, i put on 24kg with my pregnancy and cannot seem to lose the weight i am really struggling.
i suffer from vertigo every day and diahorrea, bloated stomach and lathargic.
at the moment i have a very bad case of burning diahorrea so much so that i am crying from the pain, i had this 2 weeks ago to.
i normallly get tonsilidous at least once a year to, is this contributing at all?
i also suffer from depression and anxiety and migraines.
my doctor prescribed imagren for my migraines and sertra for my depression without telling me they should not be mixed and could cause a stroke.
i am now only on another migraine tablet i take every day and no anti-depressants
what is wrong with me?
everybody is getting fed up with me being sick and i am sick of being sick

thankyou all for your answers, i went to a new doctor and she has sent me for blood tests,
i hope to start feeling better soon so i have more energy for my daughter!

Keep going to the doctor and/or finding a new doctor until someone will listen to you.  Something is not right here and you should not feel this way.  So much can change after we have a baby.  Hormones change, your thyroid levels could change, you could have an infection.  You need someone who will listen to your symptoms and do a full blood work up.  Best of luck!

I am going through some problems with bleeding at the moment due to a misscarriage and a curette that I had done, the symptoms that you are decribing sounds like what the doctors have told me to watch out for. It sounds like you have got an infection of some sort did the doctors put you any any antibiotics? Maybe you need to go to a different doctor. And as for feeling like there is something wrong with you and sick of being sick all the time, I am exactly the same I feel like there is something wrong with me cause I am sick of bleeding all the time. I have been bleeding since Feb the 19th 2011.

Did they fix the problem with the fissure?  My friend had this and had to have it repaired.  She felt back to normal after the repair.  Might want to have a general surgeon take a look or consult if OBGYN won't.  You need to be enjoying the baby not sick all the time.  If it doesn't seem right, it probably isn't.  Goodluck.
