My father 76 y/o has CHF.
Since he used lasix/deuretic last 5 months his gout is increase.

In addition medication that help reduce formation and increase excretion of uric acid and dietary changes such as lower protein intake may be helpful. I would suggest consulting an internist or a rheumatologist for suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
