100 grams of Talapia
1 rye krisp crushed
6 Capella coconut drops flavoring
Place the talapia in a parchment lined baking dish. Dry the top of the fish with a paper towel and brush with a little bit of egg substitute.
mix the crushed rye and Capella drops or flavoring.
press the crumbs on top of the fish, cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min.
this is your carb and protein for P2 for one meal.
