2 question

I got two questions happened on me weeks ago.

Q1: I buy the lancet from phmarcy, the package is sealed, and when I used to detective my blood sugar, I found one of the cap of the lancet was loosing, but I used it anyway, and I make a deep cut on my finger and its bleeding.Do you think the HIV could live on the lancet.

Q2: I just a nail cutter, and I cutter myself with blood come out,if somebody before me use the nail cutter and their HIV+ blood was left on the nail cutter. Am I in an edge.
