Can you catch HIV from receptive oral sex?

by Inadecade, Aug 08, 2009 02:01PM
Recently I had met up with a guy that has told me that he's HIV negative.
He performed oral sex on me and all was fine until I found out online that oral sex was in fact, a risky behavior.
In short I was deepthroat and I had ejaculated into his mouth sometime after.
I asked the guy when was the last time he got tested and he said last year, and it concerned me alot.

I wanted to know if you can catch HIV from receptive oral sex from someone (if they were HIV + or not.)
and I want something to be made clear to me.. if you do have bleeding gums after brushing teeth and you perform oral sex, could you still get someone infected if there is no visible blood?
I'm also uncut, does that increase the risk?
